[Unit Project 2]Original Oyakodon
Introduction: Do you know Oyakodon? As everyone knows, Oyakodon is one of the of
Japan's traditional dishes. How is this? Do you know the history of Oyakodon?
It's said to have originated in around 1887 at Tamahide, a long-established
Chiken restaurant in Tokyo. Along with gyudon and katsudon, which were created
during the Meiji and Taisho priods, Oyakodon supported the growth of donburi
culture. On the different note I entered university in April and started living
alone. so, cooking for oneself. But, I don't have highly qualified cooking
techniques. Then I came up with an easily recipe ideas. And making iow price
dishes. That I started my original Oyakodon. I introduce my original Oyakodon
recipe. Let's try it!
You will need tool: ・Flying pan ・Chopsticks ・Oil ・Egg
・Rice ・Slice onions ・Yakitori can ・Noodle soup base ・A small plate ・Two
bowl: Donburi bowl and small one ・cutting board Ingridients: The recipe yeilds
1 servings ・Cut the onion into quaters ・Half the yakitori canned in a small
dish: 40g ・A egg ・Noodle soup base: 6g ・Rice: 250g ・oil; 3g Procedures:
1.First, peeling to the onion. Cut the onion into quaters and them into 3cm
pieces. Then lightly beat the eggs in the bowl. 2.After beat the eggs,add 6g of
noodle soup base and about 40g of canned yakitori into a bowl and mix lightly.
3.Put 250g of hot rice into donburi bowl. 4.Prepare the frying pan, heat it on
low heat and 3g of oil after 30 seconds. 5,After, the mixture in the flying pan
little by little. 6.Cook for about 1 minute, moving it around in the flying pan
woth chopsticks to prevent it from flying. 7.Heat for 1 minute and turn off the
heat. 8.Serve the rice into the donburi, put the baked goods top of it.
Conclusion: What do you think about recipe? I would recommend this recipe even
to people who don't usually cook. Please be careful of cooking this recipe. You
better keep the heat on low or you'll burn your mixture egges. Don't forget
this! I introduced the recipe. But you can customioze the recipe. For example,it
might be delicious to use gochujang instead of the noodle soup base into
mixture. We can enjoy Korean taste frever. Try this method too! Thanks for
